We are excited to bring you another masterpiece designed by Aramse, a coffee company based in Mysore, India. 'Aaraam Se' is a commonly used Hindi phrase that means ‘with ease or comfort’, and the founders of Aramse are big proponents of slowing down and ritualizing our daily coffee brews.

The thoughtfully designed Coffee Journal is the perfect companion for any coffee lover. It helps you improve your brews by logging key variables such as grind size, water temperature, brew time, and more. This journal not only helps you improve the coffee you make through tracking and consistency, but also helps you focus by developing the powerful habit of writing things down. There are simple additions like the airplane mode checkbox serve as a gentle reminder to switch off distractions and be fully present during your coffee ritual.

The journal cover art was designed by Indian artist Manali Patil. The detailed artwork is the result of a creative collaboration and showcases the richness of the Indian coffee landscape — an ecosystem where coffee plants thrive under the shade of the protective forest canopy, amidst wildlife such as the endangered lion-tailed macaque, black-rumped flameback woodpecker, elephants and butterflies to name a few.

This diary is an homage to coffee, a beautiful addition to your coffee routine, and makes a great gift too. This piece was created exclusively for Aramse and is a one-of-a-kind coffee journal.  Check out their feature on Sprudge

Absolutely Wonderful!

I haven't been using my journal long, but so far I've loved it! For years I simply went through my standard pour-over method by rote, more interested in just getting my coffee ready than any subtleties. The Aramse journal slows me down and makes me really consider how I'm brewing my morning cup and how the results correlate. I wan't prepared for how much more I appreciate my coffee when I brew it deliberately and drink it "consciously". I recommend this journal wholeheartedly to anyone who wants to develop a better appreciation for their favorite brew!
