The South Indian Filter is an age-old traditional brewer that is an essential part of every coffee loving South Indian's kitchen. We have partnered with Aramse, a coffee company based in Mysore, India, to bring you a modernized edition of the traditional brewer.

Dubbed as a 'slow espresso' this brew method yields a smooth coffee concentrate packed with flavor. If you enjoy your coffee strong and bold, this kit is right for you.

Brew kit includes:

One SOFI 72 brewer by Aramse (72mm diameter filter in stainless steel 304), a 9-prong WDT tool, two silicone bands, and brew instructions.
One 12oz Single Origin Indian Coffee - Choose one from our current coffee offerings:

The coffee is available as whole beans or fine ground coffee (close to espresso fine), the most suitable grind setting for this brewer.
