We are super excited to bring you a modernized edition of the traditional South Indian Filter brewer. The SOFI 72 is thoughtfully designed by Aramse, a coffee company based in Mysore, India, with the intention of making this versatile and convenient brewer accessible to coffee enthusiasts around the world.
The 72mm diameter is capable of brewing a recommended dose of between 15-25g of coffee, enough to make up to 2 cups. Dubbed as a 'slow espresso' this brew method yields a smooth coffee concentrate packed with flavor. Sip it like an espresso shot, dilute the brewed concentrate with water, or add milk to enjoy your delicious cup of coffee.
