Refund policy

We want you to love your coffee as much as we do! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from the date you received it. We will issue a full refund if there was an error on our part in fulfilling your request.

If you are not happy with the coffee, we are here to help you find the right coffee for you. For orders greater than one bag of coffee, we may require you to return these items unopened. Shipping charges to and from our office for exchange items are at your own cost.
