SOFI IS BACK IN STOCK, and better than ever!

We are super excited to bring you a modernized edition of the traditional South Indian Filter brewer. The SOFI brewer is thoughtfully designed by Aramse, a coffee company based in Mysore, India, with the intention of making this versatile and convenient brewer accessible to coffee enthusiasts around the world.  

Rich, syrupy and incredibly sweet with a velvety mouthfeel unlike any other — SOFI produces the smoothest brews using a unique combination of very finely ground coffee and slow percolation. Inspired by the South Indian Filter, a brewer that dates back over a century, the goal was to take this beloved heirloom brewer and make it better for today's world of precision brewing. 

Dubbed as a 'slow espresso' this brew method yields a smooth coffee concentrate packed with flavor. Sip it like an espresso shot, dilute the brewed concentrate with water, or add milk to enjoy your delicious cup of coffee.
