Tasting Notes:
Rich and smooth with an amazing flavor arc. This coffee has a lot of complexity with flavor notes of baking chocolate, cinnamon, ginger, anise, black plum, and shortbread. Round in body with a warm aftertaste and long finish, this espresso blend is really easy to dial in. Start with a 1:2 ratio and it won't take you long to find your liquid gold!
Coffee Origins:
Our proprietary blend is comprised of aged and washed coffees from Southern India. When crafting our single origin espresso blend, we found that the Monsooned Malabar makes an excellent base due to its low acidity, mellow and smooth taste, and rich body that produces lots of crema. Paired with our Bold coffee as the flavor highlighter, we are super excited to share this Indian espresso blend with you.
