Pourover, Aeropress, Mokapot, Espresso
Please note: Robusta coffee has twice the amount of caffeine as the Arabica coffee species (the rest of our coffee offerings). We recommend this 100% Robusta coffee as a great pick for a strong, pick-me-up morning brew. You can also choose to blend this with any of our other coffees for a more balanced cup with a stronger caffeine kick.
Coffee Origins:
Nestled in the lush hills of Chikmagalur, Sai Ashirwad Estate is home to a rich diversity of coffee cultivars — from Arabica SLN 795, SLN 9, Cauvery, and Chandragiri to Robusta Old Peridenia and CxR. Certified organic, the estate embodies a deep respect for the land and its natural rhythms. Beyond coffee, Sai Ashirwad is a thriving ecosystem where Indian gaur, spotted and barking deer, Malabar giant squirrels, and crested serpent eagles coexist among the shade trees. With its own processing unit, drying yards, and water harvesting ponds, the estate ensures each step of the journey — from cherry to cup — honors both craft and conservation.
